Đầu tiên ngâm mềm lá gelatine trong nước. Cho sữa vào nồi, thêm đường rồi đun cho đến khi sôi lăn tăn thì tắt lửa. Cho 10g gelatine vào, khuấy cho đến khi tan chảy hết.
Rót hỗn hợp vào 1/3 ly thủy tinh, để nguội bớt rồi cho vào tủ lạnh đến khi đông lớp mặt. Phần dư còn lại bạn để ở nhiệt độ phòng để làm thạch 3 lớp. Dưa hấu ép lấy nước sau đó cho 10g gelatine vào khuấy đều rồi bắc lên bếp đun cho đến khi sôi nhẹ thì tắt lửa.
Rót hỗn hợp vào 2/3 ly thạch sữa, để nguội bớt rồi cho vào tủ lạnh. Khi lớp mặt đã đông thì lấy ra và rót tiếp lớp thạch sữa vào. Sau khi để mát trong tủ lạnh tầm 4-5 tiếng đồng hồ thì bạn đã có thể thưởng thức món thạch sữa dưa hấu rồi đấy! Khi ăn bạn đừng quên trang trí cùng với dưa hấu để ly thạch thêm phần sinh động nha!
