No knife scars!
I am so pleased with this cutting board. I do not like the plastic or poly cutting boards as after a few uses they are heavily scared and stained. This cutting board wipes clean and when oiled shows no knife scars.

Great cutting board!
It's very thick and heavy, easy to clean, and the depression around the edges keep juices from running all of the place. The weight keeps it from slipping around on the counter when you're getting rowdy with the carrots and such. Used it probably 10 times so far and it doesn't have a scratch on it yet.

Best board I've owned.
Solid cutting board. I've owned many cutting boards in my life as a chef but this one takes the cake. Solid bamboo is the only way to go. The groove keeps juices from escaping when cutting foods and leaving a mess. One thing I do with all of mt wooden cutting boards is rub them down with mineral oil, let it soak in for 24 hours, and it will keep your board from splitting and soaking up unwanted smell. It's well worth picking up some inexpensive mineral oil to protect your purchase. Thanks for such a great product!

Almost perfect fit, just a little shorter (17' vs 22")
I was looking for a replacement for the OLD cutting board. The problem was to find a cutting board with the right dimensions that fits the counter slot for use and storage. Almost perfect fit, just a little shorter (17' vs 22"). That does not say anything about quality, but it points out how difficult it is to find the right size for an older "built in" cutting board. I have not used it since the house is up for sale, let the new owners unwrap it, but from the feel and looks of it I am sure that it is good quality. Comparing with other boards, the price is great.

This is a large cutting board. My produce kept piling up and getting in the way with our older, smaller one. Now we can dice or chop and push it off to the side and start the next ingredient. Great so far!

Receives this as a gift, and I absolutely love it! It's very pretty in myour kitchen, and great quality as well. It's easy to clean, and food stains wash off nicely.

Wow, this was better than I was expecting for the price ($14 on Amazon). Higher quality than most bamboo cutting boards at this price. Too bad it does not have any non-slip "buttons" on the bottom, but I can buy some with adhesive backing to stick on myself.

I really, really like this board. I am the kind of person who has a hard time accepting that some things needs to be replaced over time so this was a long overdue purchase and one I researched well. The size is perfect. I can do a big job on it, or use a few sections for various tasks. It is good looking, washes well and does not splinter. I am buying its smaller version today and getting rid of yet another ancient rickety board.
