Nem rán là món chẳng biết từ bao giờ đã trở thành món truyền thống của người Việt Nam, nó được người Việt trên khắp năm châu giới thiệu để đãi bạn bè quốc tế, chia sẻ cho tất cả mọi người trên thế giới biết đến hương vị đặc biệt của món nem rán truyền thống dân tộc Việt Nam.
Trộn nhân nem rán: Trộn đều các loại nguyên liệu đã bằm với gia vị, hạt tiêu vừa khẩu vị. Ướp nhân nem trong vòng 5-7 phút cho ngấm đều. Đập trứng vào, trộn đều.
Cuốn nem rán: Chuẩn bị sẵn 1 tô nước. Trải bánh tráng ra, nhúng nhanh bánh đa vào nước và nhấc ra ngay. Xúc một ít nhân cho vào 1 đầu của chiếc bánh rồi cuốn lại.
Rán nem: Đun sôi dầu ăn, cho nem vào rán cho chín vàng đều là được.
Vậy là món nem rán truyền thống của chúng ta hoàn thành rồi nè. Nem chín sẵn sàng dọn ra dùng nóng với nước chấm tỏi ớt chua ngọt và rau xà lách. Món nem rán này vừa có thể ăn vặt, hoặc nhâm nhi vào ngày mưa gió lành lạnh cùng bạn bè thì đúng tinh thần của món ăn này luôn.
