Mì udon xào tôm vừa dễ làm mà lại ngon miệng nữa chứ! Khi ăn bạn sẽ cảm nhận được mì dai mềm thấm gia vị xào, thịt tôm mềm chín tới cùng với rau củ vẫn giữ được độ giòn ngon. Quả là món ngon tiện lợi.
Cho mì udon vào nước sôi luộc chín, rồi để ráo. Sau khi luộc chín, ngâm nhanh sợi mì trong trước lạnh cho mỳ không dính lại với nhau nhé! Thái sợi nấm, hành tây và ớt chuông.
Bắc chảo lên bếp, cho dầu vào đun nóng rồi cho rau củ vào đảo qua trong chảo dầu nha! Sau đó cho tôm bóc vỏ đã luộc chín vào. Thêm muối, tiêu và hành lá vào xào cho chín nè.
Tiếp theo là cho mì udon vào trộn đều trong vài phút. Cuối cùng là một ít tương yakisoba để sợi mỳ trông hấp dẫn và không bị dính nhau nghen.
Cho mì ra đĩa và thêm một ít thịt cá ngừ xé nhỏ sấy khô lên trên nào. Thế là được một món mì udon xào khô hấp dẫn rồi nè, sợi mì sẽ ngấm gia vị hơn bình thường đấy! Và tất nhiên là sẽ ngon miệng hơn rồi! Trông đơn giản hơn là món mì udon hải sản quen thuộc nhỉ.
